The Emergency Response Team has a smaller rank structure than the whole department. There is a clear definition of the authoritative power that comes connected with the assigned rank. The rank structure is as follows (starting from the top to the bottom):
Overwatch
Overwatch is reserved for the Warden, and they ensure the Emergency Response Team is being managed responsibly. They can:
- Overrule any decision made by ERT Command,
- Make personnel changes in division,
- And everything below.
Command
Command possesses the highest level of authoritative power. They can:
- Make department changes,
- Authorize new applicants, promotions, demotions, and the removal of operators,
- And everything below.
Supervisor
SupervisorSupervisors help Command to manage the division. They can:
- Request promotions and demotions,
- Offer weapon certifications,
- Vote on new applicants.
Training Officer
ERT Training Officers help train recruits, and give certifications. They can:
- Offer Certifications
- Host Training Sessions
- Anything Below
